I have been thinking about my 10 year high school reunion lately as it is approaching. To be honest, I don’t want to go. I still feel awkward and uncomfortable talking to my old classmates.
Today I thought about who I would love to meet. I realized I would love to meet my friend, Tagath. I think the meeting would be very awkward at first. I am generally very shy until I get a sense of a person. We would probably talk about art for a while and maybe Tumblr posts and Sherlock Holmes because I love her posts on Sherlock Holmes. We would probably talk about our mothers. And by this point I think I would be comfortable with letting the conversation fade. Then I think we would just start drawing.
This is how I think it would go, but what do you think, Tagath?

And yeah, it would be terribly awkward at first, because I’m awfully shy. I think, to break the ice, I’d request to see “in the flesh” every single drawing you’ve ever done, because that’s what I usually do when I meet other artists and it always makes for nice conversation and I get to see pretty art, which is always good. And then… yes, the way you plan it would be just perfect! :D I can’t imagine anything nice, really!:D Talking about things, all sorts of things, with someone who shares your interests is always so nice… and sharing a silence with such a person is a rare but wonderful thing too! :3
It’s just a shame you live so far away…:( (or is it me who lives too far away? in any case, the distance is truly a terrible thing…é_è)
